Van was VERY used. Also came across multiple German cockroaches. Interior was ripped and not cleaned as I was told. Back seats were still in the lay down position so when I lifted them there was trash and sand everywhere, outside was scratched up. Never have I ever rented a car in such a condition. I understand that the van was 10 yrs old. Things happen, but this was way beyond ok for me.
Then the bombardment of messages about extending my rental. If I had another option I wouldn't have even took it to begin with. I will NEVER rent from this used 'Car Lot' again.

Alvin’s car was perfect for our family of 6. Drop off and pick up arrangements were so easy and Alvin was quick to respond to any questions. Car was clean and ran great!
