The vehicle met my needs, although the fuel consumption was a bit high. The pick-up location is reasonably close, and the fact that there is someone on-site to assist at the drop-off point is an advantage for foreigners.

The check-in and out process was easy. The vehicle was clean, rode well, and met our needs. Great experience!

The Dodge Grand Caravan was all beat up. The wheels were out of balance and chatter when driving. The engine light was on indicating the the vehicle was not kept up manually. The drivers side door had to be manually locked from the outside by pushing the button when the door was open. To open it I had to go the passenger side door to crawl over the seats to open the driver's side door. Alvin knowing all this asked me to leave a 5 star review because if he had a bad rating it would affect his business. It was like renting a vehicle from Rent a Wreck. I will never rent from Turo again.

Pick up location kind of sketchy. The van had some issues like key fob wouldn’t lock on driver’s side, the driver’s van side door would randomly open. The van drove good.
