The pickup was very easy. Car was clean and ready to go. We had a slight issue the following day with one of the tires being low. I filled all of them but it still lost some more air by the time we returned the van. I checked it and I didn't see any damage to it like nails, screws etc. in it. Also didn't realize that the vans host is a member of the LUV car wash so I was able to wash the car and vacuum it for free which is a nice perk. The only other thing I would say is that the car seat they gave us had some stains on it. I tried washing it but they wouldn't come out. Maybe time for a new car seat? Other than that it was a great easy simple experience. We would use them again. Thank you
