When we arrived in Dallas to pick up the van nobody answered the phone number provided to the off site pick up location. Eventually the driver contacted me to ask if we were there yet and we got picked up about 45 min after we were supposed to start the trip. Then we got to the sketchy hotel and where the van was and the girl behind the counter couldn’t bother to get off her phone call to help get us going.
Then on the return I informed them of what time our ride to the airport needed to be. When we arrived back at the hotel to drop the van off the shuttle driver through a fit that he had to take us to the airport and then proceeded to drive like an asshole and drop us at the furthest point from our gate when we told him where we where going. Totally unprofessional, put my family and myself at risk with the driving.
The van itself was great. But overall the experience was so bad and unprofessional I wouldn’t rent it again. Nor would I recommend anyone reading this review rent from them.
