Everything went well except for the car had issues with the sliding doors closing. It would almost close and then retract back and that would cycle several times. We got stuck at a gas station because of it and missed an important meeting. Farooq was helpful in explaining the situation and also providing some instructions. I hope they are able to fix the issues.

Thank you for your support and concern regarding the door. Maintenance is up to date, and I am currently at the dealership addressing the issue. The door sensors behave unpredictably. The manufacturer is reviewing our report that the door sometimes closes halfway and then retracts. Touching the side allows it to close properly. This issue is intermittent and may not occur for weeks or months. We take safety seriously and are working with the dealership and manufacturer to resolve the issue.
The van was in great condition, easy to drive. The pick up location was convenient and easy! Farooq was responsive and helpful throughout the trip.
