This car was perfect. We took this for a family vacay from TX to Alabama and back no complaints at all. Super spacious for 5 people traveling. Owner of the vehicle was sweet and flexible with time changes of dropping off and picking up. Definitely recommend this vehicle!

Owner was responsive throughout our trip and the van was clean. However, the owner had failed to ensure key functions were operable. The headlights would only turn on bright—which is hazardous and we had to adjust our travel times to avoid driving at night. The windshield wipers were old and inefficient. The hood would not open. The engine light came on within 30 minutes of pickup. The owner said it comes on at times but will go off. It didnt go off. All of these things were preventable with general maintenance and checks.

I am sorry for the inconvenience that was caused due to head lights. The previous guest never reported any issue related to headlights. The previous guest returned car in the morning and I had few hours to get it cleaned up and make it ready for you. Anyway I left you multiple messages mentioning to get headlights fixed and I will pay for the repairs. Also the changed wipers before 2 trips and they are working as expected. The lever to open the hood needs to be pulled hard and I gav.
The car was very clean, spacious, and easy to drive. We were able to take a weekend trip to surprise our mother’s and spend Mother’s Day weekend with them it was a very special trip. Thank you! We will definitely rent this vehicle again.
