The 1st trip I booked with Darryl was cancelled due to booking a car when it wasn’t available. My family showed up at the airport, expecting a car ready for us but no. It was cancelled. Then I rebooked with you guys and it was very difficult to find the car and we waited for the shuttle that took more than 1 hour. Overall, it was a bad experience.

I’m very sorry for what you and your family experienced. Your original reservation was canceled by another host, not me, and was reassigned to me at the last minute. I immediately prepared the car and drove from Irvine to LAX as quickly as possible. There were several areas of heavy traffic, and even with clear traffic, the drive takes nearly an hour. I truly did my best to get the car to you as quickly as possible, and I’m still very sorry for what you and your family went through.
It was made easy for pick up and delivery. I would recommend use of this vehicle from the renter.
