The car was fine - though it was advertised as having apple car play, and the apple car play only worked if you have an outdated USB cable to plug into the port. CarPlay would not work over Bluetooth.
What was more annoying was the several extra charges we were hit with, including having to pay for an extra hour of parking at the airport that was not reimbursed (they coordinated the timing) and charging a ridiculous gas service fee because we filled up the car a few minutes away from the airport. Small amounts of money, but extremely tiresome as a customer, especially when it happens more than once during a trip.
The guest disputed the parking fee and gas reimbursement. The vehicle was refueled about 30 minutes from the airport instead of near the return location and was returned excessively dirty. CarPlay in this vehicle requires a charging cord, and this car has completed 161 trips over the past 3 years with no prior CarPlay complaints. Based on this experience, I would use caution when hosting this guest again.
