The host was fantastic and always answered quickly if not on the spot. We loved everything about the van, except the back passenger door. On my families vacation, it got stuck open a few times and was pretty inconvenient. My wife wasn't able to close it so I always had to be the one to open/close it using a large portion of my strength. Apparently, a past renter messed up the auto close function on the door. Definitely needs fixed. The host was very helpful though, and offered us a discount for the inconvenience. Would rent from the host again.
