The vehicle was not in the good shape. The steering column pulled to the right, it shook badly while braking as if the motor mounts are about to leave, and need mechanical work done badly. The communication was very poor after I reached out and told what's the problem and there was no response at all. Best thing about was returning the vehicle before it fell apart.

Read the other reviews, this guys has 25 cars and there are many reviews that will sound like this one- beware. It was the only 7 passenger vehicle I could find on a holiday weekend.
Seems like power steering pump is failing, or else the rack and pinion are- steering became very difficult by the time we returned to the airport. Feels like it needs a brake job as the was lots
Of vibration while braking. Also lots of noise from engine compartment that sounded like a failing power steering pump. Van pulls to the right, and there’s uneven wear on tires indicating need for alignment. I would not confide this vehicle safe for rental. It also has 143k miles on it, and doesn’t seem to be well maintained. It was very dirty deep down, when folding down the rear seats you can see the deep gunk in the seat mechanisms indicating that it had been years since a deep details. I knew we were renting a value based van, but it was way worse than expected. My family was concerned. Also was out of washer fluid- thankfully it rained and the windshield got better to see out of, luckily the worn tires weren’t an issues as we didn’t have to do any emergency braking.
