A few specifics - I picked up a minivan that was a couple years old and had some external damage (from a hail storm or something like that?). The check in process made it easy for me to document those in the app with pictures, so that there was no question that I didn't damage the vehicle.
The car was very clean and smelled fresh inside. They did a great job of prepping the vehicle to make it comfortable and enjoyable for the people on my trip.
The experience with the app (specifically for check in) was smooth and easy.
The people I interacted with a check in and drop off where friendly, courteous and helped make the whole experience smooth.
Thanks so much to Jude's Trips for helping me take my family on vacation and not have to worry about the vehicle.
