Host had very easy instructions for picking up and dropping off vehicle. Host kept in contact when I made a mistake with the rental. Host was very professional the whole time. Vehicle was clean and ready when picked up

Great client and we hope to service her again in the future!!
The van worked well for us but sadly was dirty when we picked it up. The tires had low pressure and the windshield was beyond filthy. To be fair to the owner, he offered to pay for a car wash but I didn't have time to do that.

We take great care of our vehicles. We never deliver them dirty. The vehicle was disinfected and clean as photos show at delivery. The customer complained of dirty windshield which perhaps happened during transport. Customer did however leave vehicle very dirty with trash left behind and stains on seat but we understand things happen and still gave 5 stars.
Thank you for the use of your vehicle. Everything went well. I appreciate you making it so easy to complete. I will book again!
