Passenger side captain seat headrest was broke upon pickup. I contacted the host and they only offered a refund and return of the car which was not possible due to our upcoming trip that day. Horrible service from host

The app was tricky, the car was awesome. The car has lots of bells and whistles, one of the back seat headrests wouldn't stay up, but there was probably a button I couldn't find. ;) overall great job experience. Note: finding the car in the economy lot was challenging at midnight.

It was a good option in a pinch. Wish I would’ve known it had to be premium gas only. $5.29 a gallon was crazy to me. I just needed a vehicle to get from the airport to the hotel then to my daughter’s medical appointment and back. I feel like the price was high but all the rental companies were sold out.
