Michelle was a wonderful host! She was very quick to respond to any of our questions, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding throughout our entire trip. We really appreciate her great communication, especially when we had an unexpected situation on the road. Everything worked out smoothly, and we would absolutely rent from her again. We highly recommend her!

This process could not have gone any better! We were greeted upon picking up the van. We were explained how the van operates and what to do should we have an emergency. Photos were already taken and preloaded for us. We weren't rushed. We needed to extend our trip by one day and we're given the extra time needed with grace. We will absolutely come back!!
