awful, very late to car pick up ! lost my job because of that
I sincerely apologize again for the approximately 25-minute pickup delay caused by an unexpected lockbox issue. Communication was maintained throughout the process, and the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. As a courtesy for the inconvenience, I also provided consideration at the end of the trip. I appreciate the feedback and am taking steps to prevent similar issues moving forward. I’m glad the vehicle itself met 5 stars in cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy during the rental.
