Thanks for your review. You expressed to me that you weren't happy w/ my communication because I didn't reach out to you 2 days prior to your arrival. We texted a few times following your booking & I expressed to you not to worry that your booking was confirmed. I usually reach out to guest the day before or morning of arrival to ensure their flight/train is on time, & provide in person delivery when possible for added convenience. We did that & I'm sorry we couldn't do more to earn a 5 rating.
