Oscar was very responsive, the car was clean and drove well. He made our pick-up and drop-off very easy. I would highly recommend him.

The van was a good vehicle during our stay in Houston. However, while driving on the highway, we got pulled over for no license plate in the front and the brake light went out. Fortunately, because we were not from Houston, TX and it wasn’t our vehicle, the officer gave us a warning. I messaged the host right away and I didn’t get a response until the day before it was time to return the vehicle.
That was the only hiccup we had. The host was very friendly during pick-up and did offer for us to contact him if we had any issues. Besides that one issue mentioned earlier, his response to that issue should have been sooner than the day before returning the vehicle.
Overall, the vehicle was a good fit for my family and we enjoyed our stay in Houston.
