Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the vehicle had no mechanical issues. However, the car had not been properly cleaned from the previous rental, and the front bumper had significant damage that was not shown in the listing.
I was also charged $40 to exit the airport parking lot because the vehicle had been sitting there for three days. The host agreed to refund the remaining parking cost after Turo refunded $10, but the refund never came despite multiple follow-ups. Turo Support ultimately had to issue the refund after the rental ended.
Overall, the vehicle drove well, but the cleanliness, undisclosed damage, and parking/refund issue were disappointing.

The van got very good gas mileage, had a smooth and comfortable ride, and was spacious enough for everyone to fit comfortably. Overall, it worked well for what we needed.
