Host was very communicative with all the messages, vehicle was okay. Unfortunately it wasn’t as big a I thought but we made it work for an event last minute after another cancellation. Biggest issue I had was the speed limit only going up to 75 MPH.

Thank you for your feedback. However, I’d like to clarify that the van was freshly washed, vacuumed, and thoroughly cleaned before pickup, and there was no unpleasant smell. This is a commercial work van, as clearly shown and described in the listing.
The 75-mph speed limiter is an intentional safety feature, and you were informed about it before the trip. I’m glad the van still accommodated your last-minute event, but the additional cleanliness and odor claims do not accurately reflect the van
