The car was as photographed. Pick up was easy. Giving a 3 star for communication at the end of the rental an agreement was made to have the tow the car towed as I was having a medical procedure at the last minute I was notified that no tow truck was available, but the amount would be the same when in actuality, it was less than an Uber drive and he tried to say that the time and gas to get come get the car and return it would be equivalent to a tow truck gas for that car is less than $20 and it would more than cover the range needed to get there and the Uber driver alone was a quarter of what the tow truck was going to be. He did refund my money but made it very difficult for the communication back-and-forth in the end I had to return the vehicle, which was not a problem on the last day the driver side door handle snapped in my hands with no foul play involved as I am undergoing cancer treatments and I’m very weak and can barely open a door so far to have broken in my hand meant that it was just a crappy car The low tire pressure on the control panel was lit the entire time so I didn’t know what was wrong with what tire while I was carrying around my grandchildren and my daughter, which was the purpose of renting the vehicle. The air conditioner is very loud and very temperamental. When starting the vehicle it did skip as the spark plugs or something alternator was not working fully, and I questioned ability to get me to and from at times when I picked up the vehicle, I was told that the automatic door locks with the key did not work and then I had to use the special key inside the key fob overall would not use this host or any of his vehicles. I have yet to hear the damage fix for the door handle that was plastic. I did get the minimum coverage up to $3000 so hopefully it will cover a $30 part an eight minute fix which he told me he was going to send to a mechanic versus a body shop so obviously the host does not know the difference I was told at the end of the drive to put the key under the mat and that was it which I did.

Was a great experience and very responsive.

The van was perfect for my family. The tire sensor stayed on majority of the trip but the tires maintained air pressure. Overall a solid van.

Van Check engine light came on while driving an hour after pick up

Great communication with host. Van is older and mostly handled fine with trip, good mpg and provided extra space for our travels. It is well kept and has some pieces as a taxi.
