The car was overall good, with minor issues inside the car with the window switch and the handles on the rear hatch. Otherwise, all was documented and the car served its purpose. It is located off of airport property, but a shuttle is provided so cannot complain about that

No concerns regarding the quality of the vehicle, cleanliness, functionality or ease of pick up. Everything turned out just fine.

To pick up the car, it was very simple. And instructions were clear.
When I picked up the car, it looked nothing like the picture. It had a scuff mark at the front left side.
Later that night when we were leaving to our road trip to Austin, the trunk was not opening up normally. We had to literally hold it to put our stuff in the back of the trunk.
This is my first time renting a car with Turo and this certain group, but I won’t ever do it again.
