Document everything, I was charged for items I didn’t use. I was given vehicle with no registration. Had to call Turo for two days to get another vehicle offered to me.

We’ve received the rental and all and everything went smooth, but I do have an issue with the state the van was in when I received it. I want to bring it to everyone’s attention of how dirty it was when we first received it. Just the first day , we finished having to clean the surfaces with disinfecting wipes, which that alone barely really did anything. The seats are stained with weird unknown substances, while the control center, doors, and walls are covered in soot, grim, and dirt. Then on top of all that the communication to get the car this morning was very poor. I’m on a tight schedule and we’re late now because of the poor communication. Right now, we’re making do with the conditions, but I want to ask what you’re going to do to make it right, because the state this vehicle was in was very unacceptable.

We accommodated the guest with an early drop off and delivered the vehicle on time. We were surprised to see these concerns raised only after the trip, as no issues were reported during the rental, giving us no opportunity to resolve them. We appreciate feedback and are always happy to address concerns when they’re brought to our attention.
