We found the car easily at Hobby - mind you this was our first time flying into Hobby Airport. The host provided good instructions for locating the car. The car wasn’t full on gas when we got it but it was fine. The back camera didn’t work at first but after 2-3 trips it started to work fine. All in all a great experience!

I appreciate the host for his immediate and timely support about the problem we encountered on our trip to our destination. He works personally to look for solutions. He is also very accommodating and friendly and easy to communicate. I just have one suggestion, to avoid dealing with troubles and delays, please check everything specially the tires. We will still book with them in the future.

Car didn’t start after barely using it. We were told that it was probably from something we did even though you can hear the car ticking constantly after it’s shut off. It also didn’t drive the best it would stall when accelerating. We were offered no compensation towards an uber or roadside assistance. Had to wait hours to get help from people in the parking lot we were in. Finally got to the airport hours late and were told we parked in the wrong spot and needed to park farther away in the Ecopark lot when we were already really late. You’d think at that point they wouldn’t give us a hard time about parking closer since we got the car fixed and made it back to the airport and saved them a 90 minute drive to pick up the car. The app also said we had 5 locations to return it to. It never gave us just one location for returning. Will never rent again.
