It's was different cause I've never rented thru turo before. It was a little confusing because I didn't know much about the app. Other than that, it was smooth 5 day rental.

The AC was not functioning especially the front ones so it was a disaster in the hot weather

The car worked well. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. It held 7 passengers with 7 carry ons and back packs. (4 adults and 3 children). It did smell a bit of stale cigarette smoke at first but overall it was a good car.

Over all not a good experience nail in the tire first thing that made us 2 1/2 hours late for trip the a/c stopped working while driving there when you restart the car the a/c will start working again for a while then cut out again had a new borns and elder person along the trip and the having no a/c was not good not windshield fluid in the car…. The car drove good and handle well good suspension, and plenty of room

good roomy nice car but had issues with pick up and drop off requests
Guest was offered free airport delivery, because of our mistake. Wanted a drop off 5-10 miles away from the airport for free. We do offer custom deliveries, guest did not want to pay
