Very clean and great experience

Great customer service, had to extend last minute due to emergency and they were very understandable and worked with us.

The car was great and the service as well.

Our experience with this Chrysler Pacifica was extremely disappointing and raised serious safety concerns.

From the beginning, the vehicle exhibited significant shaking when traveling at freeway speeds. On the second leg of our trip, the problem became much worse, with the Pacifica shaking violently at any speed above approximately 45 mph. The vibration was severe enough to make us question the safety and roadworthiness of the vehicle. The loudness of the vehicle was such that we had to scream to be able to hear each other. 

Because of these ongoing safety concerns, we ultimately returned the vehicle several days early. We did not feel comfortable nor safe continuing to drive it, particularly on the highway, and it appeared to be in need of significant maintenance and mechanical attention to address the severe vibration issues.

Unfortunately, the issues extended beyond the condition of the car. The hosts were not collaborative or reasonable partners when problems arose. After the trip, they attempted to hold us responsible for windshield damage that was already present when we picked up the vehicle and was clearly documented with photographs during check-in. They also tried to seek payment for a tire-related issue that was not our responsibility.

Rather than working constructively to address legitimate concerns, the hosts focused on disputing documented pre-existing damage and pursuing additional charges. Between the vehicle's unsafe driving characteristics, the need to return it early due to safety concerns, and the lack of professionalism in resolving issues, this was a very poor rental experience that I would not recommend.

I think the car could be really good of the proper maintenance was conducted.
