The van was decent. It had nice air conditioning and got us from point A to point B without an issue. The host was great kept us in the loop about a previous incident to the van so that were not held liable; and that said a lot about her. She was kind enough to send reminders and specific instructions for parking to avoid fees of any sort. Very pleased.

Everything was great including communication. However, the passenger side was cracked from the previous renter. The owner did reach out to me to notify and let me know which was nice of her. I did ask for a possible accommodation for the broken rear view mirror due to it being hard to see at night. But I did not hear back about a status update on the accommodation which was ok. We were safe and able to use and return the van. Other than that everything was as expected and great with the van and owner.
