The toll tag in the door declined and I was stuck at the airport pickup until I had an operator had me manually paid $20 to pick up the car from the airport parking.
The car was in good condition. But fuel tank was not fully topped off when I picked it up. It was like 15% away from full. But of course, I had to refill tank before returning.
It's not perfect, but it was still a good experience.
