The host is a good host, responsive and tries to accommodate. No complaints there. The car runs and will get you from point A to B. Cosmetic wise inside and out there are a lot of details including a check engine light, sliding door that does not work with the pushbutton and window on sliding door passenger side that doesn’t go down. If car were to be taken out of service by owner for repairs and reposted minus the details then it could be a 5 car rental. It runs good but cosmetic wise i would be lying if said it didn’t disappoint a bit.

The car has a very bad smell
You booked several hours after the last guest returned the car so it was last minute
The guest before you left food in a plastic bag in the car so there was a lingering smell from that. It didn’t last long as we cleaned out the car and put air freshener in.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
