The host did a good job with communication during the trip. The issue is that the van had work done on it recently and according to the host “the van needed to be broken in.” This meant that the van would rumble and shake every time I was stopped at a stoplight. It was so bad that the only way I could get it to stop was to turn the engine off or leave the car in park. I would not recommend renting this van until this issue is fixed. It was disappointing to say the least.
