Poor communication. Despite several attempts to contact him, the host only responded for the first time 30 minutes before the rental was due to start. He changed the pick-up location at short notice and I had to order an Uber at my own expense to get from the agreed pick-up point (Miami Airport) to the new one in the city. The car had several serious technical defects.
