The host was very communicative, but I had several concerns with the vehicle. It experienced electrical and service issues, and the truck latch would not stay secured, which made me worry about my luggage falling out while driving. The vehicle also did not have a toll pass, which would have been helpful when traveling in Florida.
Unfortunately, these issues added stress to an already difficult trip. I rented the vehicle to transport family and friends who came together to honor my daughter, who passed away. I needed reliable transportation during such an emotional time, and the condition of the vehicle made the experience more challenging than it needed to be. While I appreciated the host’s communication, I believe the vehicle needs attention before being rented to future guests.

I’m not sure what the major issue with the vehicle was. The tire pressure was fine at delivery, but we later found a nail in the tire, which can happen to anyone. I also explained how to properly close the rear door, and it was closed correctly at pickup 🤷♀️ Perhaps a 2026 model would better meet your expectations in the future.
