Very clean and easy to use the lift gate. Had a great experience both with the car and host!

Car was clean and filled up. No mechanical issues. Michael was on time and communicative.

The quality of the van was exceptionally great. It made our trip wonderful. We had no issues with the van and it arrived perfectly clean. It looked brand new. The issue we had was with Turo app which did not allow for us to have airport pick up and drop off. When we inquired of our host he called and Turo said we would have to pay in full at the time they were helping us by phone and before our trip in order to add the option. I asked if they could fix it and I would make a new reservation. Unfortunately neither the host nor I understood that the issue was not fixed. This led to a lot of anxiety and confusion on pick up and drop off times. However the host accommodated us after a bit of discussion.
