Damaged car and poor communication

Dear Chie,
For future reference, please ensure that you have selected the dates of your reservation in advance of booking. We cannot pick-up the car without any prior notice from a different location (away from the airport) on the very last day (we hosts are allowed lives as well).
It is unfortunate that you did not read the agreement on the Turo platform which explicitly mentioned that our keys transfer would be in person. Each airport is different perhaps? I hope the clarity helps.
