It wasnt the host he was very nice and helpful i never got the rental due to a family issue where I could no longer leave and turo would not give me a refund

Gas tank wasn’t filled and car wasn’t clean but was expected to return it clean and filled.

This place was excellent! They were so welcoming for me and my family after just moving here. There was an issue with the vehicle I had requested so instead of turning me away they allowed me to rent the van for the same price same amount of time and the return was smooth as silk. You talk and treat them with respect they will do the same to you. Thank you guys for everything
