I would get the tires changed and breaks checked. Also the inside windows were dirty.

Quick pickup and drop off. Van smelled like smoke and had issues with one of the sliding doors and sunroof functioning

hi Ravi, being honest. we have multiple customers and we are on east bay as you are. most of people smoke and weed and they dont care violation fees. but try our best for cleaning and making it smell better. you messed up with one sliding door and erased the program by using wrong way, sun roof is working. you need to treat the button properly
The car did what we needed and thats all we can ask for, for the price we got for it. It was reliable for a long distance family trip but was definitely worried when I 1st picked it up because it had over +160k miles but it got us there and back no issues!! The low tire sign came on almost immediately but that didnt cause issues, the oil looks like ot hasnt been changed in a few thousand miles but that also didnt cause issue thank god!! The driver side passager door is a bit tricky. It works when it wants but there is a manual option so it was annoying to not have it work at times but still not a huge issue. Its good on gas, it drives relatively smoothly...considering the milages, and the brakes could probably be serviced but not a huge huge issue but can be later. The speaker are trash but they get loud but dont expect ANY BASS. We tried a few changes to the sound and nothing changes so the speakers are definitely blown out or just really old....still not a problem since we still could listen to our music. The sunroof is also a bit tricky but not a big issue as long as it closed lol. I think the electronics in general need some upgrades becuase even the windows sometimes had a mind of their own. But overall it did what we needed and it got us from point a to point b safely and thats all we asked for! The scratches in and on the outside of the car are also non factors unless you need it to look a certain way

hi Damita. thanks very much taking a time and texting here minor issues which related to 10 years old car and as you mentioned the price that you paid for means the price is relatively lower than other car means it has wear and tears and we dont let people feel that they paid much for the car that didnt meet with their criteria. As you mentioned it took you from California to Oregon and back which i hesitated first but later i said it is ok, you can take. i dont think the rate you did is right,
