Very nice car - peppy, in good condition, and zero smells. Very spacious, well thought out interior. Power doors and rear gate are great. Overall, an awesome vehicle for a road trip with 5 people. The remote pickup/dropoff was simple and efficient, and the host communication prompt and courteous. Overall, a great experience.

The car was great, exactly as advertised. Pickup was just fine and went smoothly. We had issues changing the drop off location and time, for each the hosts directed me to use a different procedure from the normal way the app presented, and this resulted in additional charges that should not have been there. It seems like it was a Turo app issue or particularity, but either way, the instructions and communication from the host did not match what was happening in the app, and the host wasn't able to fix it with Turo, just directed me to file a dispute with Turo, which would be a huge hassle and the opposite kind of thing I want to be doing while on vacation. The communication and extra charges soured the trip.
Seems like you docked a star because of Turo’s app and/or billing systems. We communicated very clearly and answered every single one of your questions. We explained the entire process to you. It’s completely ridiculous that you expect US to call turo to handle a billing dispute on YOUR BEHALF. Billing questions are something only YOU can handle. Ridiculous expectations and entitlement.
