Car was excellent! Drop off was a bit late, I waited about 15/20 mins at the pick up location because host was coming from the car wash. Besides the wait time, everything else was fairly smooth.
15 min wait does not really warrant q 4-star overall rating when everything else was excellent and you were communicated you could use the van longer due to the slight wait, would a van not fully cleaned be preferred? 12-vehicle fleet manahed by a person and was well communicated, if it seems fair to your assessment is to your discretion, unfortunate dispite the effort as not warranted
