The vehicle was very clean, and both pickup and drop-off went great. The host was easy to work with and made the process smooth. I would definitely book with them again the next time I’m in LA.

Owner very nice and responsive. Car in great shape. Drop off and pick up location in lax budget parking was less than ideal, and I'd rate that a -1 if i could go that low. It added 1 hr to pick up time due to LAX shortage of shuttle drivers when we arrived at 11:30p. We were late getting to our flight on the return for similar reasons. I'd reccomend giving customers the option to pay more for a premium pick up and return experience. Otherwise, outside of that, all was fine.
