Easy pick and drop off. Host was pretty dope, very honest and helpful. Had a plethora of vehicles to choose from and fair prices. Looking forward to renting again very soon.

My main issue w the van was AC, doors, camera, keyless entry control. I communicated with host but solutions were not real solutions.

AC didnt work at all. It was blowing hot air the whole trip. Rear View Cameras worked occasionally but most of the time they didnt. When messaged host his answer was "it has a recall" Right Sliding door had issues and made loud noises. Remote Control was very worn out and we had to guess what buttons were for doors, locks, open sliding doors, rear door, etc. It was a guessing game.

The van was very scratched (not a big deal) but that's cosmetic not an issue.

Basically vehicle didnt feel reliable or pleasant. I asked for an exchange and host said I can cancel my trip but that would have complicated my vacation. I understand it is a used vehicle but knowing there are issues with host should fix issues before renting it out or make driver aware. Communication would have been better. It would have given me time to look for another vehicle.

Ive never had issues w rentals before last time I did, the host and Turo found a replacement immediately. Previous host was amazingly helpful on my previous rental.

I never review negatively but the van had known issues and probably the AC was the most uncomfortable issue.

Car quality was not in good condition

My family has had a hard time with this car. While driving through the mountains, the engine overhit as the temperature went up. I was so taken aback when I opened the hood of the engine and saw that there wasn't a single drop of coolant in the tank. Eventually, I had to buy and replenish the coolant and wait for hours. The sliding doors roared open and close, take over the vehicle, and the windshield was already broken in two places, and I don't think we should rent this car to the consumer. Turo needs proper supervision.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. Lets start with the pickup. Instructions are not clear. Make sure you dont go to BUDGET CAR RENTAL bus. Second, i picked up the vehicle only to be met with an UNDISCLOSED $20 parking fee just to leave the lot.. A few days into my trip on the way to an amusement park, the vehicle overheated, so i had to return to my AirBnB and get the vehicle towed. I spent 3hours on the phone only to get a vehicle secured for the next day, leaving me NO transportation for thr evening. Dont EVER rent from this crook! He was ZERO help. Oh, and his advice to me when notified of the over heating was to check the coolant!! LOL!!! If it had been my wife, she would have gotten severely burned from the pressurized coolant... DANGEROUS.
