My kids were super bummed it says dvd player but there is not a working dvd player in the van!

The DVD player definitely works everybody else did not have a problem. I don’t know why gave me such a low score and you showed up without your physical drivers license and I still give you the car, asking how to work the DVD player would be the right thing to do the communication is that your phone never works when I call you so I don’t check up on you at all, your kid left a total mess in the vehicle.

Andre's name should be Angel. He helped every inch and problem of the way. He is very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had a maintenance issue but we called him and immediately replied and got us help. The issue was fixed but I'm thankful for a car owner like him who aimed to please. I feel he went above and beyond.
