Car was great pick up was painful as well as drop off. The vehicle was great but going through Turo is a pain. I think in the future we will go through Tyne regular re tal companies . It’s much cheaper as well

This was our first time using Turo, and there was some confusion regarding whether the vehicle included a car seat, as the listing information was somewhat misleading. Navigating the situation through Turo's policies was frustrating at first. However, the vehicle owners were excellent to work with—they were responsive, understanding, and accommodating once we discussed the issue.
Aside from that, the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and performed great throughout our trip with no issues at all. We really appreciated the hosts' professionalism and willingness to help, which made for a positive overall experience.
