I've rented from Alex multiple times and have never had any issues but this time around was not good due to the airbag lights being on in the van and the brakes were scrubbing very bad. Very unsafe to drive. But things happen I do not hold it against Alex and will still rent from him again and still recommend renting from him he was very nice and helpful about the issues.

The van got us through our nearly 2,000 mile road trip. Pickup and instructions were easy to follow. Owner was very communicative.
Unfortunately this van is dated and showing its age with body damage on the exterior, pretty bad on the rear driver side door. Additionally, there was creaking from turning the wheel all the way to the right or left (some suspension/steering issues), fortunately didn’t give us any problems. The dash kept saying to service the air bag system and that an oil change was due. Moreover, the cigarette lighter didn’t work causing us issues to charge devices.

The original car we booked was canceled at the last minute, which they swapped out for us, but with an older car that had clearly been more abused/banged up (there were a lot of little things that were broken: switches, interior lights, a/c vents, etc). It did get us to where we needed to go, but would’ve chosen a different vehicle had we known.
