The car was good; no complaints. Took off a star because the car wasn't ready until 25 mins after the rental start time. There was no communication that it'd be late. Even being late, he took his time taking several pictures prior to releasing it to me. Lasty he asked 3 times if there was any reason he wouldn't get a 5 star.

Qiara, sorry I delayed you by 6 minutes. if you could have responded when I asked "what time will you be here?", any answer would have been very helpful to be absolutely sure my thorough cleaning and check-in was finished by the time of your arrival. No, I didn't "take my time" doing your check in, I worked as fast as the Turo app would possibly allow. Yes, I asked about the rating. I strive to make every trip perfect for guests, which, you told me you'd rate 5 stars.
We had a wonderful experience renting this Honda Odyssey on Turo. The car was in fantastic condition, comfortable, and drove smoothly, making our trip an absolute pleasure.
Our host was amazing—exceptionally kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We had a great time with the vehicle and couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable van and a top-tier host!
