Car was clean and had a full tank of gas. The host was responsive and prompt when reached out to.

The car was very nice and pickup was easy and explained very well. Communication was spotty and our child seat was forgotten even though I sent a reminder message. It took over 15 hours and customer service call to resolve the issue.

Car was nice, new, clean and roomy, drove great. The entertainment and navigation were a bit much, the KIA system is a lot so be aware of that.

Beautiful car. Was perfect for what we needed. Gas mileage was great. Car was completely cleaned out, found a old pair of socks and a Shaker bottle with curdeled something in it other than that, it was spotless.
Only disappointment is that we were not told until right before we picked up the car that we needed to pay the airport parking fee to get the car. Just feel that's something that should have been told up front as an expense.
