The van was in great condition, pickup was easy, and the host was accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Alieen was more than helpful during this rental experience! Went out of her way to make sure the van was good to drive and had top notch communication skills! Very grateful to have rented from her! Thank you truly!

Thank you Auston, the van’s oil was changed the morning that you picked the van up. I don’t know why the indicator light was still on (they probably didn’t reset it), but the oil was changed. I mentioned it at the onset to avoid the maintenance rating being negatively impacted as anything inaccurate affects my overall rating. Either way, thank you for returning the van in great condition! You’re welcomed anytime!
Aileen was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent from her again!

I needed a van to kick off my summer adventures after several months of being stagnant and this van was my own little staycation I needed bad! The van was so easy to drive, great mileage on gas, and was the perfect size for driving in NYC. Aileen is a perfect host, super kind, communicative, and straight-forward. We kept in contact for the entire rental and she was very reasonable and accommodating. The price was affordable as well and pick up/drop off was such a breeze, Could not recommend this rental enough!
