Easy and convenient pick up and drop off

Pick up and drop off was easy, host was very responsive and van was very comfortable to drive. Zero issues with the van.

7/2/2026 Prior to pick up very difficult to contact, takes a few calls for Alex to answer and when he finally did a lot noise in the background, hard to hear and understand. Upon arrival Alex took another 5-10 minutes as I’m waiting on a reply, received the code for the key lock, retrieved the key and proceeded to open the door, first thing I noticed was similar to what I would assume a coffee spill stain or something of that nature on the left side floor of the drivers seat, in sense of urgency for my emergency visit I brushed it off. Got home got my mother, kids and wife, packed up got in the car ready to take our trip. By now the sun has set and it’s become dark, Come to find out there was a malfunction with the head lights and the fog lights. I then proceeded to call Alex and again it took several calls. When he did answer I explained to him what I was experiencing. I tried to come to a mutual agreement with him and speak with him. He then proceeded to over talk telling me to “why don’t I buy the light replace it, I’ll reimburse you for the light, it had checking engine light before, leaking or loose pump but it’s fixed, talk to Turo!” Sounds very unreliable if you asked me?! Worked with Turo before never had this Issue! Very unprofessional and disappointing he was. I was very frustrated, However I also want to Thank Turo as they made sure we were well token care of, we were satisfied, and accommodated us accordingly. DONT BOOK WITH ALEX!!! YOUR WELCOME!!!!

I’m very sorry about what Sokhon had just experienced. He did reach us to change his schedule a few times before his trip started, we tried our best to accommodate him. Our car was returned by previous guest without any reported issues. Sokhon called me when he found out the problem, tried to make a deal with me and told me he’s a mechanic. I told him any deals we tried to do we had to go through Turo. Again I’m sorry about Sokhon’s experience but Turo has its own policies we have to follow
The car was clean, well-maintained, and smelled great. During my trip, the check engine light came on while I was driving in traffic, which was a little concerning. I did some research, tightened the gas cap during a stop, and the light went away afterward. Other than that, the car drove well and I didn’t have any further issues. Overall, it was a good rental experience.
