I was a little annoyed that we started getting messages about a "fee" for smoking in the vehicle while we had to wait an hour at the airport with a 5 year old (asking a million questions) for our van to arrive but they left easy to follow instructions and the van was extremely clean inside. It would be a nice gesture to offer to buy lunch or a drink while we waited.

I used the vehicle to take my son to college. I was able to fit all his belongings for the long trip. It's a great vehicle on gas, it was spacious and clean.

Communication from host was excellent. Car condition was great, and had no problems with vehicle. Pickup and dropoff was simple.
