The pickup and return process were seamless and hassle-free.
As for the vehicle, keep in mind that this was a 2015 Toyota Sienna with approximately 175,000 miles on it. Considering its age and mileage, I was genuinely impressed with how well it had been maintained. The driving experience, handling, and overall maneuverability were excellent.
We drove nearly 1,200 miles during our trip without a single issue or concern. The van performed flawlessly throughout, and it honestly felt like it still has plenty of life left in it. That’s probably a testament to Toyota’s well-known reliability.
The only thing to be aware of is that, as expected for a 2015 vehicle, it does not support Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. While it does have USB connectivity, you cannot project navigation or maps onto the infotainment screen, so you’ll need to use your phone for navigation. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something future renters should keep in mind.
Overall, it was an excellent rental vehicle, and I have absolutely no complaints. I would happily rent it again.

Host was great! Had small issue, which he resolved quickly. Great interaction, responded quickly to questions. Car was in great condition for its age. Will definitely look for him again the next time we come out to visit family in the future.

The van was ready to roll when I arrived at pick up. It was clean and the instructions and directions to it were clear. The host was great with communication, albeit it was only necessary for pick up and drop off since I had no issues. I highly recommend this host!
