The car was great. Clean, great condition (near perfect), fun to drive, great for families. Range isn’t stellar (~200mi) but reasonable for an EV this larger. Loved the car.
The host was pretty good. Quick responses and friendly. However, she was 20 minutes late for drop off which was frustrating since we were traveling with kids. She also urged me to bump the trip start time back since she was running late. She claimed that if I did not move the start time back, that I would not be able to check in and take photos since the check in would be later that the trip start time. This is clearly false. What is true however is that if the host is 30 minutes or more late, they can be hit with a ‘no show’. So, either she was being dishonest or is ignorant about Turo policies.
Subtracting 1/2 star for being late and 1/2 star for what seems very much like dishonesty. Overall, would recommend this car.

The BUZZ was great! Easy to find, easy to drive. Clean comfortable and spacious
We wanted to try one out--thinking of buying one. My family went through 3 VW vans growing up-- this is definitely not your father's van. Fast forward to the future!
