Car was clean, the battery on the key fob was dying, but car in good condition overall. The remote south lot it was in was far away for DFW, takes about 45 min to catch bus and go through terminals to get there, which made it the most difficult turo pickup I've ever had to do, though still easier than a traditional renal car
The Turo parking lot in DFW is designated by Turo, and if the host fails to park the vehicle there as required, Turo will impose a fine, there is nothing we can do about this. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
